We’re live as the AFC South Champion Jacksonville Jaguars host the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday night of Super Wild Card Weekend.
This matchup pits two of the NFL’s best young quarterbacks against each other as Trevor Lawrence leads the Jags against Justin Herbert and the Chargers. Lawrence, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, had a breakout second season under new Jaguars coach Doug Pederson, while Herbert quickly became one of the league’s premier passers.
Jacksonville’s offense will have to deal with a Chargers defense that has been playing well down the stretch of the season, while Los Angeles will have to find ways to attack a Jaguars defense that brings a ton of speed to the table. With a trip to the divisional round, we should see both teams bring their best.
