Jalen Brunson exits Game 2

Jalen Brunson has been on a tear in the playoffs, but now there are some questions about the Knicks’ star guard’s status for the rest of Game 2.

Brunson left his team’s game against the Pacers in the Eastern Conference semifinals late in the first quarter on Wednesday night. The team later announced that Brunson was questionable to return due to a sore right leg.

It is unclear when the injury occurred.

Brunson went back to the locker room after leaving the game. His father and Knicks assistant coach Rick Brunson later left the bench, while team captain Leon Rose was absent from his seat in the second quarter.
